Lounge

The lounge with a 3 piece suite has a storage heater and an electric fire. There is an ample supply of books, a telephone, Freestat TV, Blu tooth radio and dvd player.

Dining Room

The dining room is also heated by a storage heater and an electric fire.There are infomation leaflets and games. The table extends at each end.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms. A double, a twin and two singles. The single on the 2nd floor has an ensuite. All the bedrooms have electric heaters. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Linen and towels are included in the rates.

The bathroom has a 3 piece suite with a shower over the bath and an electric heater. The ensuite in the top bedroom has a shower.

Both have heated towel rails and shaver points.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a small conservatory going off the kitchen and the tumble drier is in there.

Conservatory

This has two garden chairs and a table with the tumble drier stored under the table. A heater also in this room.

Access

There is a low step at the front door. Two steps down out of the conservatory at the back. The bathroom is at the top of the first flight of stairs with two further steps up to the landing.
